Pick & Place
ThermOmegaTech’s® high-speed Pick & Place machines process components down to 01005 & fine pitch down to 0.3mm (BGA, QFN, QFP).
Injection Molding
ThermOmegaTech® offers injection molding to overcoat and protect electronics that are exposed to harsh conditions.
Reflow Ovens
Our facility is equipped with 8-zone and 5-zone reflow ovens to properly & quickly solder surface mount components to a PCB.
3D Optical Inspection
To ensure effectiveness and guarantee quality, ThermOmegaTech’s® 3D Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine thoroughly inspects assembled printed circuit boards, recognizing misplaced components and defects.
