AS9100D Certified - Based on and including ISO 9001: 2015

AS9100 is the aerospace, defense, and avionics industries' quality management system standard. It provides for continual improvement while emphasizing defect prevention along with reducing supply chain variation and waste. ThermOmegaTech® has been ISO 9001 certified for over 2 decades and has just recently received AS9100D certification.

J-STD-001 Certified

This is an individual-level certification based on a standard published by IPC titled "Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic assemblies". The standard lists requirements for the manufacture of electrical and electronic assemblies, including materials, methods, and verification criteria.

IPC-A-610 Certified

This is an individual-level certification based on a standard published by IPC titled "Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies". IPC-A-610 is the most widely used inspection standard in the electronics industry for printed circuit assemblies. We have a certified IPC Trainer (CIT) on staff to train employees on topics such as soldering criteria, surface mounting criteria and jumper wire assembly requirements among others to become “Certified IPC Specialist” (CIS).

DDTC Registered

All manufacturers, exporters, and brokers of defense articles, related technical data and defense services as defined on the United States Munitions List (Part 121 of the ITAR) (PDF, 7MB) are required to register with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). Registration is primarily a means to provide the U.S. Government with necessary information on who is involved in certain manufacturing, exporting and brokering activities. Receipt of ITAR §123.9 re-transfer authorization does not confer any export rights or privileges, but is a precondition for the issuance of any license or other approval for export.
