AS9100D Certified - Based on and including ISO 9001: 2015
AS9100D is a globally recognized quality management standard for the aerospace and defense industry. It builds upon ISO 9001 requirements while adding additional controls specific to aviation, space, and defense manufacturing. ThermOmegaTech® is AS9100D certified, demonstrating that our quality management system meets the rigorous standards required by aerospace and defense customers. Our processes emphasize traceability, risk management, documentation control, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. This certification reflects our commitment to delivering reliable, high quality products while meeting the strict regulatory and performance requirements of aerospace and defense programs.
CMMC Level 2 Certified
The Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) is a cybersecurity framework developed by the U.S. Department of Defense to ensure companies within the defense supply chain properly safeguard sensitive information. ThermOmegaTech® has achieved CMMC Level 2 certification, verifying through independent assessment that our cybersecurity practices meet the required standards for protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and other sensitive data. This certification demonstrates our commitment to data protection and reinforces our role as a trusted manufacturing partner for aerospace and defense contractors requiring a secure and compliant supply chain.
DDTC Registered
ThermOmegaTech® is registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), which oversees compliance with U.S. export control regulations related to defense articles and services. All manufacturers, exporters, and brokers of defense articles, related technical data and defense services as defined on the United States Munitions List (Part 121 of the ITAR) (PDF, 7MB) are required to register with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC). This registration demonstrates our commitment to maintaining proper export compliance procedures and protecting controlled technologies while supporting customers across the aerospace and defense sectors.
J-STD-001 Certified
J-STD-001 is the industry standard for soldered electrical and electronic assemblies, defining requirements for materials, soldering methods, and inspection criteria. ThermOmegaTech® Electronics Division maintains J-STD-001 certification, ensuring that all soldered assemblies meet strict quality and reliability standards. Our processes follow these guidelines to produce high-quality PCB assemblies.
IPC-A-610 Certified
IPC-A-610 is the industry standard for the acceptability of electronic assemblies, providing clear criteria for workmanship, solder quality, and component installation. ThermOmegaTech® Electronics Division is IPC-A-610 certified, ensuring that all printed circuit assemblies and electronic products meet the highest standards of workmanship. We have a Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) on staff who provides ongoing training to our employees, ensuring consistent application of workmanship standards and delivering reliable, high-quality assemblies.
ANSI/ESD-S.20.20 Compliant
ANSI/ESD S20.20 is the standard for developing and maintaining an Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control program to protect sensitive electronic components and assemblies. It defines requirements for materials, grounding, handling procedures, and environmental controls. ThermOmegaTech® Electronics Division is fully compliant with ANSI/ESD S20.20, ensuring that all electronic assemblies, PCBs, and components are handled and manufactured in a static-safe environment. Our ESD control processes include grounded workstations, ESD-safe tools, and ESD flooring to minimize electrostatic discharge and protect sensitive electronics.
RoHS Compliant
ThermOmegaTech® Electronics Division supports Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliance for customers requiring environmentally responsible manufacturing. Our processes and materials comply with RoHS requirements, ensuring that restricted substances are properly controlled within electronic assemblies.
